What we collect. If you email us, we collect what you send, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. Our website host may record basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site secure. We don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.

Why. To reply to you, continue any conversation you start, keep this site running and meet our legal obligations. We won’t send you marketing unless you ask.

Who sees it. Only our team and the providers we use to run our website and email: Webflow and Google (Gmail). We may also share it with our lawyers and accountants, or where the law requires. These providers may store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We never sell personal information.

Your rights. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you at any time.

Complaints. Contact us first and we’ll respond. If you’re not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner
